Payment Methods Accepted

Cash, Certified Check, Major Credit Cards. No personal checks accepted. If paid with a major credit card a convenience fee of 4.0% will be charged.

All payments must be made in advance of your CDL Test.  Applicants will not be scheduled until payment has been received.

Receipt of payment, confirmation of test date and time will be emailed / text to the testing applicant.

Cancellation Policy / Refund

To receive a refund applicants must cancel or reschedule their CDL Test 48 business hours prior to the scheduled test date and time.

If an applicant rents equipment from All State CDL Testing and flunks any portion of their CDL A or B Test, there is no refund for the truck rental.

No Show or Late Policy

Applicants must be on time for their scheduled test.  if you are more than 15 minutes late or no show, your testing appointment and testing fees will be forfeited.  Full price will be charged to the applicant to reschedule a late or no show appointment.

Weather Conditions

Due to inclement weather conditions, it is at the testers discretion whether a test will be canceled. All State CDL Testing will make every attempt to contact you if your test must be cancelled.  If your test is cancelled due to weather you will be rescheduled for the next available appointment convenient for yourself and the examiner.  All State CDL Testing reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to weather, road conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances.
