• Valid Michigan Drivers License
  **Must have picture ID. No temporary paper license is accepted.
• Michigan Temporary Permit
  ** Testing applicant must have held their Michigan Temporary Instruction Permit 14 days prior to testing.
• Current DOT Physical Card

Equipment

• All Equipment must meet State and Federal DOT Safety Requirements. Please note your vehicle may not be loaded.

CDL A Truck Rental available

CDL B Truck Rental available

• • 2013 Freightliner, Automatic Transmission with Airbrakes
    • $300

Testing applicant must bring the following vehicle documentation:

• Proof of Registration
• Current Insurance Certificate
• If you fail to provide these documents your testing appointment will be canceled and considered an automatic fail.
